Ruth is dedicated to helping you discover the perfect piece that truly reflects your unique style and personality. She will guide you through various cuts and fabrics, providing inspiration along the way.
During your appointment, she will take the time to get to know you and your personal style and preferences, ensuring that you leave with a piece that not only looks great on you, but also makes you feel like the best version of yourself.

Fabrics
You will walk into a room full of colours and vibrant designs. You will be able to feel the fabrics and really appreciate the details. The choice is in abondance and each fabric has its own unique charm. From bright colours to more settled ones. Cashmere, silk or velvet. Raw silk or embroidered silk.
Most of our jackets styles or coats can be made from any of our beautiful fabrics. If you would like to create an outfit, for example a dress with matching coat, or a jacket with trousers, Ruth will help you to find the right colour combination.

Made to order
The advantage of made-to-order services lies in the ability to provide customers with bespoke products tailored to their specific needs. If the standard size doesn't work for you, women (sizes 6-26) and men (sizes 34-56), anything can be amended. Whether it will be adjusting the sleeve length on a jacket, adding extra length to the coat or narrowing shoulders. Having your items customised will enhance the overall appearance and make them fit perfectly.

Q: Can I bring my husband to the appointment?
A: Of course you can. However if you are planning a shopping trip with more then couple of friends, do let us know in advance as we could extend appointments for more shoppers.

A: Yes, many of our customers bring their outfits if they are looking for something to match.

Q: Is everything made to order or can I buy something to take home with me?
A: Although we are a slow fashion brand we still have many items in stock so you can shop on the day. We also have our Cashmere Shawls and Reversible Dressing Gowns fully stocked, so you could leave with a little treat.
