We are a family run business in the heart of Gloucestershire and we love what we do. We dress real people in beautiful clothes, from petite to plus sizes included, pieces can be individually designed and everyone is dressed to feel elegant,stunning and taken care of, with attention to detail being vital to us. Our wish is to inspire you to wear beautiful outfits casually as well as just for special occasions. We sell at shows, have a showroom and are online. We have a global customer base stretching from across Europe to Asia, America, Australia and beyond. We have dressed some high profile customers including Kate Moss, The Princess Royal, Sienna Miller to name a few. Our company has a passionate social responsibility ethic giving a percentage of our sales to global charities. Our manufacturing is done in our studio in India and here in the UK. The Role

We are looking for a organised creative positive person to continue building our brand and sales online and organically through other channels. We are a small team and are looking for someone that will fit in and enjoy their role.

Responsibilities :

- Marketing campaign management

- E-commerce management, working with our platform Shopify

- Digital strategy development

- Content creation

- SEO and SEM

- Producing monthly newsletters

- Copywriting skills will be required for writing blogs, social media posts, newsletters and product descriptions.

- Customer relationship management

- Social Media management

- Google Analytics

- Basic Design Skills ( Adobe Creative Suite )

- Weekly data analysis for activity optimisation


  • Previous digital marketing experience
  • Self-motivated individual who loves the digital retail world with a creative outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes
  • A creative eye for style and beauty
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written
  • Extremely organised
  • Full UK driving license
  • Happy to work alone and within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £16.00 per hour
