Job Title: Customer Service and Sales

Job Summary:

This role is perfect for someone who is a highly efficient organised people’s person, has initiative, is resourceful, enjoys selling and marketing a brand and wants to be part of a beautiful socially responsible fashion business. Shibumi is an established boutique brand and a fabulous new person is required to help manage the office and enjoy face to face customer service, marketing and after sales.

Your role will include but not be limited to ;

General Administration

Answering all customer enquiries via email and telephone

Creating sales

After sales care

Digital Marketing and other Marketing

Proficient use of Apple Mac, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop/illustrator )

Website management CMS

Stock Control

Taking orders

Arrange appointments

Creating newsletters

Content writing/editing

Selling in the showroom and at shows

Where will they be working:

At Shibumi office and showroom in Horsley, Gloucestershire. Shows and events when required.

Job Type:
Full-time hours:
5 days per week

£27,000- £30,000 plus commission

Free parking 

8 hour shift
plus occasional week/weekends at shows

Supplemental pay types:
Commission on Sales tbd

Ability to commute/relocate:
 Stroud: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
