Shipping & Delivery information
All our garments are ironed beautifully, wrapped in tissue, sent with a heart warming message for your day and sent in a smart box. We use Royal Mail registered, tracked and signed-for post for all shipments. The cost is calculated by the weight of the garment and will generally be less than £15 to the UK.
Outside of the UK the price will depend on weight, value, destination and shipping method. You will be quoted a shipping price in the checkout which is for registered post with Royal Mail. If you would like a different shipping method or want to know the alternatives then please contact us on info@shibumistyle.com.
All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any duties or custom fees, please check the delivery destination import details before purchase.
When returning items from outside the UK please send back as a RETURN as otherwise there will be import tax to pay if not marked as a ' RETURN ' and this which will be the buyers responsibility.
EXPRESS SERVICE
There is an Express Service option available if you need your garment sooner which incurs an additional fee of £35. The express service is approximately 4 weeks and you can add this to your order when you make it.

EVENT DATE & ORDERING TIMES
We strongly recommend attending your appointment and placing your order at least 4 months before your event date to allow sufficient time for production, alterations (where applicable), and delivery.
While we make every effort to ensure orders are completed within the estimated timeframe, made-to-order and bespoke garments are subject to manufacturing and shipping times that may occasionally be affected by unforeseen delays outside of our control.
If a made-to-order or bespoke item is completed and delivered after your event date due to such unexpected delays, we are unable to offer a refund, cancellation, or compensation, provided the order has been manufactured and supplied in accordance with your purchase agreement.
By placing a made-to-order or bespoke order, you acknowledge that you have been advised of the recommended ordering timeframe and accept the potential risk of unforeseen production or shipping delays.
