Returns, exchanges and store credits are accepted on regular priced in stock items within 14 days of delivery, if you inform us by email or telephone within 2 days of receipt. All Sale, Bespoke or otherwise personalised items are final sale * Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, surname, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or have a store credit.

Please be aware that all sale items will be sent out at the end of the sale, and are non-refundable, but we are happy to provide a credit note or exchange for another in stock product. If you order a product with a patterned fabric, whilst the pattern on the fabric may vary, it will always be symmetrical.
Made to Order / Bespoke
All made to order items are granted with an exchange of an in stock item or credit note if not suitable. They are not refundable as they are a bespoke piece.
Please note that currently all dresses are made to order only. Any stock we carry are samples for clients to try on in our showroom.
Made to measure/ bespoke
All made to measure orders with individual measurements are final sale. However if there is any issue with your order please email us at email@example.com.
Once the returned package is received the appropriate actions will take place depending on your request. All returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. Shibumi is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit.
