Shipping policy

 

All our garments are ironed beautifully, wrapped in tissue and sent with a heart warming message for your day and sent in a smart box. We use Royal Mail registered, tracked and signed-for post for all shipments. The cost is calculated by the weight of the garment and will generally be less than £15 to the UK.

Outside of the UK the price will depend on weight, value, destination and shipping method. You will be quoted a shipping price in the checkout which is for registered post with Royal Mail. If you would like a different shipping method or want to know the alternatives then please contact us on info@shibumistyle.com.

There is an Express Service option available if you need your garment sooner which incurs an additional fee of £35. The express service is 4-6 weeks and you can add this to your order when you make it.

All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any duties or custom fees, please check the delivery destination import details before purchase.
